Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval for a loft conversion?
It depends on the property and what you want to do, so we don’t give blanket answers. Anthony will look at your home and advise on what’s needed for your project, and we work with architects and structural engineers we can recommend to prepare any drawings and calculations.
How much will a loft conversion cost?
Every job is different, so we don’t publish prices. We visit, talk through what you want and give you a free, fixed-price quote, so you know the full cost of the agreed work before anything starts.
Is my loft suitable for a conversion?
It depends on the roof structure and head height. Anthony will look at your loft at the visit and tell you honestly what’s possible.
What’s the difference between a dormer and other loft conversions?
A dormer builds out from the roof slope to give more standing room and floor space. Anthony will explain which type suits your roof at the visit.
