Is the wall I want to remove load-bearing?
We’ll look at it at the visit. Where a wall is structural, we work with structural engineers we can recommend so the opening is properly supported.
Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval for a knock-through?
It depends on the property and what you want to do, so we don’t give blanket answers. Anthony will look at your home and advise on what’s needed for your project, and we work with architects and structural engineers we can recommend to prepare any drawings and calculations.
How much will a knock-through cost?
Every job is different, so we don’t publish prices. We visit, talk through what you want and give you a free, fixed-price quote, so you know the full cost of the agreed work before anything starts.
