Built on over 40 years as a family business
Premier Building Solutions NW is a family-run business that has been going for over 40 years. It is run by Anthony Hancock alongside his brother, and Anthony brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the trade.
We help homeowners, landlords and property investors who want more space, better homes or a property that earns its keep, without juggling multiple trades or chasing people for answers.
We specialise in house extensions, loft conversions, full renovations, HMO conversions, and kitchens and bathrooms. We handle the whole job, from early advice and planning through to decorating and landscaping. Where drawings are needed, we work alongside architects and structural engineers we can recommend.
