Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval for a house renovation?
It depends on the property and what you want to do, so we don’t give blanket answers. Anthony will look at your home and advise on what’s needed for your project, and we work with architects and structural engineers we can recommend to prepare any drawings and calculations.
How much will a renovation cost?
Every job is different, so we don’t publish prices. We visit, talk through what you want and give you a free, fixed-price quote, so you know the full cost of the agreed work before anything starts.
Can you renovate the whole house in one project?
Yes. We can take on a full renovation and coordinate every trade, or focus on particular rooms. Anthony will help you plan the order of work.
Who will I deal with during the work?
You’ll have one point of contact throughout. Anthony Hancock, who works alongside his brother, runs each job and coordinates our trusted network of fully qualified tradespeople, so there’s none of the hassle of dealing with individual subcontractors.
